3 oz Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye
1½ sweet vermouth
few drops bitters (Angostura or your favorite)
Maraschino cherry or orange peel for garnish
Pour into a mixing glass with crushed ice, stir, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a strip of orange peel.
Repeat.
