At Catoctin Creek, we are always looking for the freshest fruit, picked at the peak of flavor, for making seasonal craft liqueurs and brandies. In the autumn, we will be making grape brandy from local Virginia wineries, and in the summer we plan to begin production of other fruit spirits.
