Catoctin Creek AppleJack is a blend of real apple brandy, distilled and aged on-site, creating a smooth, approachable profile bursting with authentic apple character. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it showcases notes of crisp apple, delicate baking spice, and a hint of vanilla—perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or in your favorite classic and contemporary cocktails.
