Àimore is a DMV-based culinary pop-up concept founded by MasterChef Season 14 winner Michael Leonard and contestant Sophie Wang, blending Italian technique with East Asian flavors to create playful, elevated dishes rooted in connection and community. From intimate course dinners to large-scale festivals, Àimore focuses on food that tells a story and sparks conversation through thoughtful sourcing, bold flavor pairings, and a constant drive to refine and evolve each experience.
Catoctin Creek staff will also personally craft cocktails expertly paired with your dinner! This will be a magical evening, and one not to miss!! Dinner is priced at $130, and includes all five courses and cocktails.
