Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Catoctin Creek Distilling Company.

Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase. Bottles must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We are unable to accept returns of bottles that have been opened or partially consumed, except in cases of a product defect or quality concern.  Refunds can take up to 60 days to arrive.  

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Returns are subject to all applicable Virginia alcoholic beverage laws and regulations. Purchases made through a third-party retailer or Virginia ABC store must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy, including purchases on this site to states outside of Virginia.
