#2861 - Five and a half year old barrel with Raisinets on the nose and dried fruit and spice intertwined on the palate. 1yr in 30G new oak, then 4 1/2 yr in a used Pinot Noir barrel.
#4135 - Four and a half year old barrel with brandied currants, and honey-spiced dates. 1 yr in 30G new oak, then 3 1/2 yr in an ex-Red Wine / Clonakilty Irish whiskey barrel.
